Micaela made my 1st Reiki session very comfortable and welcoming. She created a very peaceful environment helping me relax with soothing music and getting me into a meditative state with some breathing exercises.I really appreciated that element. She also walked through my goals and helped me set an intention for our session. Once the session started, I felt energy moving and it felt very peaceful. After the session Micaela explained to me what she had seen and felt and it was pleasantly surprised because much of what she felt was similar to what I felt. She also gave me tips to clear and shield my energy which is helpful especially being an Esthetician/MUA and empath. I look forward to future sessions with her and would highly recommend Micaela!
